Raphael Nash

Owner | Creative Director

Raphael Nash is an independent film & video producer, director, and adjunct professor at DePaul University. He received his MFA in Film & Media Arts from Temple University in 2011. While pursuing this degree, he worked as a film instructor for the non-profit, Digital Youth Network, where he worked closely with middle & high school students on the south-side of Chicago. Here, he helped to expose young people to film & television production, and mentored a select group into collegiate film programs. In 2012, he launched Endangered Peace, Inc., and would eventually bringing those same mentees with.

Terrence Thompson

Writer | Director | Producer

Terrence Thompson, a writer, filmmaker, and educator from the South Side of Chicago, embarked on his journey in film and TV production at the age of 12 through an after-school program. It was there that he began to cultivate his interest in media creation alongside his current collaborators at Endangered Peace. Terrence is a proud graduate of the WGA East’s inaugural Support Staff Training Academy (Writers’ Assistant Track), the 2020 Open TV Fellowship, and was recently admitted into the 2023 class of Mike Guayo’s “Black Boy Writes” mentorship initiative. His pilot “Street Lights” was endorsed by the Black List and has achieved finalist placements in competitions coordinated by Stage 32, WeScreenplay, and The Script Lab. Following the success of his award-winning short film DRIVE SLOW, Terrence transitioned from a Production Assistant to a Script Supervisor on a wide array of major-budget and indie projects in Chicago.

Malcolm Harlan

Working as one fourth of the Endangered Peace Production team, Malcolm gained a foundation in video production though a digital media literacy program, Digital Youth Network, and studying Interactive Media at DePaul University. Since 2012, Malcolm has been passionately producing media content for commercial, corporate, and creative entities. Malcolm takes pride in being a lifelong learner of his favorite crafts - videography, photography, and design.

jellystone robinson

Jellystone Robinson (he/they, cases interchangeable) is a black trans-agender lesbian from the South Side of Chicago. jellystone’s work at Endangered Peace Productions currently includes production management, running our social media as well as assisting our founder and director / producer Raphael Nash. In 2022, jellystone earned their Bachelor’s Degree in Film and TV from Columbia College Chicago and has since gone on to direct, produce and edit music videos for VAM Studio and September Recordings as well as PA for OTV. In his creative practice, he is attempting to retrieve ancestral memory and self actualization through due diligence, time travel, self expression, love and pleasure. This manifests in his work as a creative producer, a filmmaker and a poet. Jellystone is currently developing a documentary and a web series honoring The Ida B. Wells EXTs. projects where he grew up.
